Terra Conflict is provided free and under active development. Features may change, matches may occasionally be interrupted by updates, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to modify, reset, remove, or adjust game statistics, rankings, accounts, and content when necessary for security, balance, maintenance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
Terra Conflict is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopCape Interactive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for a free game, is zero.
PopCape Interactive may suspend or terminate access to the service at its discretion for violations of these Terms or for behavior that threatens the integrity, security, or operation of the service. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
